On June 12, 2025, the dissemination and stakeholder conference of the European project ENGAGEgreen will be held in Brussels under the title «Unlocking Science-Policy Synergies for Europe’s Green and Digital Future».

The event will take place at the Representation of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate to the European Union and aims to bring together researchers, policymakers, and professionals to strengthen the science-policy interface in the context of Europe’s green and digital transformation.

From the University of Granada, Medialab UGR and the Vice-Rectorate for Social Innovation, Employability and Entrepreneurship are actively involved in the organization and participation of the ENGAGEgreen project as members of the project consortium. 

The conference will feature key sessions on local open data infrastructure, AI for public devices, citizen engagement in green transitions, environmental policymaking, and the development of a European science-policy ecosystem.

In addition to presentations and panel discussions, the program includes a poster session, networking opportunities, and an evening reception.
